You ensure a consistent PBeaKK image and a high-quality customer experience throughout text management and are responsible for the application of the written communication guidelines in correspondence, automated text blocks and in the implementation of incoming text requests. In independent cooperation with specialist pages and IT, you develop standards for text automation (technical systems) and text quality (corporete wording), analyze requirements for new software solutions and take on an active role in text request management. Through regular quality controls based on samples from daily production, you identify optimization potentials and clarify these independently with the relevant departments. You write your own texts and designs, analyze audiences, clarify technical content and take over correction and editorial tasks for official writing of the PBeaKK. As a central contact person for specialist areas and external service providers, you are involved in cross-disciplinary projects and working groups and ensure compliance with legal requirements on accessibility, data protection and information security.

You ideally have a completed bachelor's degree in the field of communication science, linguistics, journalism or a comparable qualification in a field relevant to the advertised job. Other educational paths or well-founded professional experiences with a similar orientation can also be suitable to meet the requirements of this position. You bring several years of professional experience in corporate wording, publishing or text creation. You have a pronounced voice feeling, very good editorial skills and a structured, target-group-oriented communication. You are familiar with digital tools for text automation (e.g. M/TEXT TONIC), AI solutions in the text field or bring the willingness to work into technical systems. You work analytically, carefully and independently and know the legal basis for data protection, accessibility and information security.
