Design the digital future of the energy industry: You support renowned companies in energy and water management in the topics SAP IS-U and S/4HANA Utilities, in particular in the fields of SAP CRM Utilities and Customer Engagement. Close to the customer: You take advice on the integration and implementation of energy-efficient customer service processes in customer segments B2C and B2B. Process knowledge: The analysis of processes and the creation of solutions for optimized business processes and IT architectures in the utility industry are also your focus. DEIN PROFIL Qualification: A completed study of the energy industry, energy technology, business management, business informatics or an operational training with a clear energy or IT reference forms a solid technical basis for the position. SAP Background: You have several years of professional experience in consulting and/or SAP environment with deeper knowledge in at least one of the following topics: SAP CRM for Utilities (business role B2B and B2C), customer service in IS-U (CIC0, front office processes, SAP Business Workflow), customer engagement in S/4 HANA Utilities. Technical understanding: Coding is not a foreign word for you, you are familiar with ABAP and Debugging. Communication talent: You can communicate safely in German and English, internally and externally.
