As a Technical Consultant & Operations Engineer, you combine well-founded technical know-how in operational IT operations with consulting competence to our customers. You work both hands-on in day-to-day operation and conceptually in consulting and support customers on site as well as remote. Their focus is on the stable, secure and sustainable operation of modern IT infrastructures – especially in regulated IT environments. With a strong service and customer orientation, our customers support you in the transformation of classic in-house IT landscapes to our data center and cloud environments.

Operation, maintenance and continuous development of complex IT infrastructures Technical consulting of our customers with regard to operation, optimization and transformation 2nd/3rd level support in operational IT operation Planning, implementation and operation of virtualization, server, storage and network environments Support and execution of operations locally with our customers and remote Operation, maintenance and documentation of systems in regulated IT environments (e.g. ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA) Automation and standardization of operating processes (e.g. Ansible, Terraform) Close cooperation with internal teams and external service providers Ensuring availability, performance, stability and security of systems Active participation in the development of services and standardisation measures

Multiannual experience in operating IT operations, ideally as an IT service provider and/or in technical consulting with customers Embossed service and customer orientation as well as experience in direct customer contact, also on site Self-employed, reliable and team-oriented working with pronounced analytical, structured and solution-oriented skills Experience in the operation of highly available or business-critical IT infrastructures Knowledge of compliance, audit or safety requirements desirable Experience in the creation and maintenance of IT documentation and operating manuals Relevant certifications (e.g. VMware, Linux, Network, Security) of advantage Representative communication and consulting skills Hands-on mentality with a view to the whole and the willingness to take responsibility Good knowledge of English for technical communication
