Responsive leadership in modern paediatric clinic with perinatal center

For a state-of-the-art centre hospital with a wide range of paediatric care we are looking for a Oberarzt für Kinder- und Jugendmedizin (m/w/d).

The children's and youth clinic provides a high number of stationary and outpatient patients annually and is part of a Perinatal Center Level 1 together with the women's clinic. In addition to general paediatrics, the range of services includes several specialized areas, including Neonatology, Allergology, Gastroenterologie and Neuropädiatrie. The offer is supplemented by structured training programs, such as as asthma, diabetes and neurodermitis.

A dedicated personality with well-founded clinical experience in Pediatrie and as much expertise as possible in Neonatology will be sought to take responsibility and to help the clinic professionally.

Tasks

• Head of a station within the children's and youth clinic
• Participation in the medical background service
• Professional guidance and training of employees
• Active participation in the development of the clinic and its focus
• Close interdisciplinary cooperation with adjacent departments and external partners

Your profile

• Very good knowledge of clinic pediatrics
• Priority Neonatology or advanced training in this field
• An additional qualification in a part of the paediatrics is desirable
• Ability to cooperate with other professional groups, specialist departments and established colleagues
• Sensitivity in dealing with patients, patients, parents and employees
• Interest in the takeover of leadership responsibility
