As HSE coordinator*in, you advise, monitor and support the management functions and, if necessary, the works council bodies in implementing the HSE management system. Furthermore, you act as an interface to external professionals for occupational safety, occupational physicians and the HSE expert on mobility. You shall review and monitor the legal compliance at locations, incident events, time limits of auditable resources, HSE correction measures and key figures. You shall draw up the risk assessments, derive operational instructions and carry out regular training of employees. You carry out analyses of work and environmental incidents and initiate measures to avoid future incidents. You contribute to the development of business and corporate strategies for implementing the HSE management system. In your function, monitor and support the corrective measures for detected deviations and participate in ASA sessions. In addition, you work closely with other functional entities and process owners as well as with external bodies (e.g. professional associations).

Training as a specialist for occupational safety (safety master, safety technician or safety engineer) and/or studies in health, occupational safety or a similar field 5 years of professional experience in the relevant field; knowledge of environmental protection and the ability to act as fire protection officer Knowledge of the implementation of risk assessments with hazardous substances First professional experience in the field of HSE and knowledge of laws and regulations (ISO-14001 / ISO 45001 standards) Presentation skills and communication strength Very good knowledge of German and good English as well as national readiness
