Master baker in application technology in a national and international environment (m/f/d)

Support and training of national and international customers in the application of our products and technologies and to increase the efficiency and quality in baking production

Conducting product tests and process optimizations in cooperation with customers on site or at the company's own sites

Cooperation with the Research and Development Department to improve existing products and to develop new solutions

Analysis of trends and developments in the backing industry to identify customer needs early

Conception and moderation of our demonstration area at fairs or other events

Close cooperation with the interfaces sales, marketing, product management, development within the company and our group of companies around market feedback and expertise in products,

Completed training as a baker

Multiannual professional experience in the backing industry, preferably in a leading position or in application technology

Knowledge of modern baking technologies and processes

Readiness to travel in Germany and abroad

High communication and presentation skills in German and English; other foreign languages of advantage

Ability to expand and expand an active industry network within the meaning of our group

Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented work

Team skills and intercultural competence.
