Complete university studies or comparable qualifications, if necessary Promotion Excellent knowledge of national and international e-research landscape, comprehensive knowledge of e-research services incl. Research infrastructures and business and legal frameworks Multiannual professional experience in leading position in software development and information technology; Knowledge of the design and operation of services in hybrid environments desirable Understanding the principles of Open Source, Open Science and FAIR Data Proven competence in controlling change processes Extensive experience in the successful acquisition and implementation of large, distributed projects and the establishment and maintenance of strategic cooperations and partnerships Experience in the transfer of project results to permanent, sustainable and productive operations Very good skills in project management and knowledge of appropriate methods Self-employed and sovereign negotiation with partners and customers Embossed communication and presentation skills Very good German and English language skills Outstanding social competence and team capacity, high resilience, creative will and creativity
