You ensure the availability, integrity and performance of SAP HCM applications as well as other HR systems. You independently analyze technical requirements and develop solutions for cross-system issues. Together with the departments, you design and model processes and technical images in the supervised applications. You coordinate release, incident and change management and evaluate their technical impact. As a central contact person, you control service providers, enter interfaces and support the introduction of new applications. In projects, you will participate in the development of applications and operating processes and ensure knowledge transfer in the team.

Complete study of computer science or business management or comparable specialist training with corresponding additional qualification Multiannual experience in application management, ideally in the SAP HCM environment, as well as in service provider control and in the operation of applications Good knowledge of ITSM processes, operations and technical monitoring as well as a solid understanding of IT systems Embossed analyseability and a structured and result-oriented way of working High organizational skills, quality awareness and the ability to drive topics forward by their own initiative Communication strength (German knowledge at least. With full suitability and complete takeover of the work task, the annual gross salary is between €66,000 and €85,000 for a weekly working week of 38 hours, including special tariff payments and other tariff benefits.
