You monitor the daily execution of automated jobs in our Workflow Automation platform and ensure smooth running You recognize runtime problems or deviations early and initiate targeted measures to remedy them You are analysing disturbances in the interaction of technical and professional processes and working closely with participating teams You document your work comprehensible and actively contribute to improving operating processes Your contribution ensures the stability and efficiency of our productive IT processes – day by day
You have a strong understanding of the operational IT operation of automated processes You are familiar with batch/workflow monitoring and incident handling and take appropriate measures You work structured and keep an overview even in critical situations You communicate clearly and solution-oriented with specialist areas and technology teams Ideally, you learn how to use a workload automation platform and ITIL-compliant processes
