We're here. They are responsible for building and maintaining a new, interactive dashboard for the Member Service & Customer Experience section. In addition, you implement data analysis and statistics tools and are contact persons for these topics. The determination and maintenance of the data bases for recurring statistics for accounting, controlling and planning of external service providers is also one of your tasks. They perform the central cost monitoring for all IT budgets of the department in coordination with controlling. The optimization of business processes by data analysis as well as resulting business and customer insights is also part of your activities. They are also responsible for the selection and use of AI to identify patterns and relationships in data.

They have completed their studies in BWL, Business Informatics or a comparable course of studies or a commercial training with the focus on IT. They bring several years of experience in data analysis and processing. With MS Office and BI tools like Power BI and SQL you are safe. You have a very good understanding of the relationship between numbers, data and processes. You convince by your team skills, communication strength. Analytical thinking as well as solution-oriented and self-sponsored action are what you distinguish. We presuppose flowing German knowledge in word and writing.
