Business Process Owner - Global Learning Management Systems (m/f/d)

Your tasks - shape the future together: Design the future of digital learning in the Würth Group together with a team of eight dedicated colleagues: You take on the technical responsibility for our digital learning system landscape internationally and shape their strategic development. You develop standards and processes in the Learning Management System ''Time4You''' and implement them worldwide. You control the complex requirement management, prioritise system developments and support implementation in close cooperation with Würth IT and global stakeholders. More and more companies of the Würth Group are to be integrated into our learning platform - You ensure a smooth system connection. You analyze the use of the Learning Campus, create KPI reports and derive data-based action recommendations. For example, you develop key-number reports and dashboards with Power BI and thus create a transparent performance measurement.

Your profile - grow together: A completed study in BWL / Economy, ideally with IT focus (e.g. business informatics) or HR. Multiannual experience with rollout, management and further development of digital learning technologies and modern learning management systems (ideally imc or SAP SuccessFactors). Detectional expertise in project and process management - from requirement analysis to stakeholder management to successful change management. Embossed IT affinity and a good understanding of interfaces, data structures and system architectures. Great pleasure in data-based work, ideally paired with knowledge of reporting tools (e.g. Power BI). A structured, independent and proactive way of working with pragmatism and solution orientation. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing for cooperation in an international environment.
