Your future work area Modern IT infrastructures, global financial and controlling projects, or smart HR processes are thrilling you? The Melitta Business Service Center, headquartered in Minden and other locations in Bremen and Brodnica, is the backbone of the Melitta Group. The administrative and technical services are bundled here. In the areas of expertise such as Global IT, HR Services and Finance & Controlling, our experts work to ensure efficient services and continuously develop them. Be part of a team that sets group-wide standards in digitization and advanced processes in the Melitta Group. As a working student (m/w/d) IT Management, you get exciting insights into IT management and support us in the communication, organization and development of our IT projects. The following exciting tasks await you:

Communications: You are creating presentations and communication documents for different target groups

Project portfolio: You support project portfolio management by preparing status reporting and accompanying project releases

Intranet: You care and develop our Intranet content

Documentation: You’ll start training and documentation materials

Organization: You support the planning and implementation of meetings and events

You are enrolled at a university or university and can support us for at least 6 months with 15 – 20 hours per week

You bring a basic interest in IT topics with you and you want to get in the field of IT management, but you don't need previous knowledge

You have very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially in PowerPoint and Excel

You convince yourself with your creativity, a sense of word and are motivated to experience you when writing recipient-oriented texts and to create visually appealing presentations.

The secure mastery of the German and English language is just as natural for you as a distinct customer orientation
