In order to strengthen our team in the National Projects department, we are looking for you as a building manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) – ideally with a technical engineering background, preferably in mechanical engineering – for the demanding task of the disassembly line as part of the shutdown of nuclear power plants. Control and monitoring of the preparation and execution of dismantling work Professional guidance and coordination of employees in complex reconstruction work Interface coordination between all parties Contractors and the Client Support for technical planning and operational preparation of measures Participation in the creation of special work instructions and safety concepts Ensure the quality of work and the implementation and control of compliance with applicable statutory, regulatory and operational regulations/regulations Staff management and operational planning of employees on site Support in the creation of schedules and schedules as part of the project tasks

Successfully completed (specialized) college degree in the field of mechanical engineering or comparable engineering degree course Multiannual professional experience in technical project management, ideal for rebuilding or industrial plant construction Extensive technical understanding Secure handling of MS Office and project management software (e.g. MS Project) Embossed communicative skills, enforcing ability and team capability Sovereign appearance and leadership competence Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Travel and assembly readiness within Germany
