Thus, Gentex is a leading supplier of electrochromic products and is known for its automatically flashing back mirrors. Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for a HR Assistant (m/w/d) to strengthen our staff team at the European headquarters in Erlenbach near Heilbronn.

Contact for employees in all HR-relevant questions Support of the HR team -> administrative and organisational (e.g. request A1) Active participation in HR projects Support in applicant management and personal marketing (e.g. educational fairs) Care and management of personal data in our IT systems General time management such as e.g. mistime (eAU), corrections about Interflex Accounting and administrative support of the camp staff

Closed commercial training with a focus on personnel handling Reliable professional experience in the HR environment, ideally in the staff administration Discretion and sense of responsibility in handling confidential information Quick conception and an independent, structured and working method Very good knowledge of German and English in Word and Writing (International Communication) Safe handling of MS Office
