As Proposal Manager - Digital Solution (m/w/d) you take over the strategic and professional leadership of our offer processes. If you want to combine analytical strength with leadership skills and successfully complete complex, declaration-needed projects in the international environment, you will work with us to design the solutions of tomorrow.

Your tasks: Control, coordination and quality assurance of the entire internal supply process and expert guidance of the proposal management team Sighting and evaluation of tender documents as well as deriving customer-specific requirements and matching offer strategy Schedule and budget-oriented creation of complex offers for the national and international market including the implementation of offer reviews and Lessons Learned Creation of market, product and competition analyses to strategic support the sales process Continuous further development of the sales and proposal management organization by using standardized measurement variables and IT tools

Completed studies of business management, communication sciences, engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the proposal/bid management or distribution of investment goods in need of declaration (ideally in the B2B/B2G environment or the armaments industry) as well as sound knowledge in project and process management Safe handling of MS Office and affinity for using internal IT tools and databases English knowledge in word and writing Structured, independent working combined with analytical strength, enforcement capability, team player qualities with first leadership experience as well as high customer orientation and loadability Global readiness
