Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Gerlingen You are an important part of our team and take a key role in shaping and securing our global export control processes. Your expertise is required to ensure that we always work in line with the latest policies and technologies. As a process expert:in for Global Export Control and sanctions, you are responsible for defining and rolling out processes in the field of export control and sanction law. The combination of the technical requirements of the governance department (essentially foreign trade, export control and penalty list screening “SPL’”) and the central SAP S/4 rollout team as well as other process development teams such as IT, Process Owner and Manager are also within your task. You will take care of ensuring the correct standardized implementation of global export control and customs requirements for master data and business processes by means of Global Trade Service and other ERP interfaces in business processes of Robert Bosch divisions. You are also the interface to business-specific business processes and business models. You also take the definition and operation of global risk monitoring systems as well as the coordination of tests, user training, migration and go-live preparation. Last but not least, you are the Post Go-live Support and take care of troubleshooting and process adaptation and improvement during the stabilization phase and final handover to the line organization.

Education: completed university studies in law, information technology, business management or a comparable degree programme experiences and know-how: multi-year experience in process management and IT know-how; expert knowledge in SAP S/4 and SAP GTS as well as a pronounced process understanding (end-to-end process thinking), in particular in logistics and supply chain processes; basic knowledge of foreign trade, export control and customs law Personality and mode of operation: you are characterized by excellent communication and presentation skills; you have a solution-oriented, organized and self-determined way of working and the ability to understand processes in detail; you have strong team skills Working day: you can work hybrid with us - we meet every week two to three times in the office Languages: fluent English in word and writing; English by Advantage *The gross annual salary for this body is, according to our regulations, at least EUR 117,000 for a 40h week (for a full year of employment and fulfilment of the operational requirements).
