You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a 10-member team, promote motivation, cooperation and further development and thus ensure the smooth running of the department. As a responsible contact person, you control production orders and sheet metal blanks, secure the timely supply of downstream areas and continuously optimize processes to reliably maintain quality, productivity and production dates. You lead and develop our modern machine park, introduce your expertise and manufacture welding constructions together with your team in MAG and WIG processes at hand workstations as well as robot and NC systems. Compliance with all relevant standards is in your hands and You work closely with work preparation, design and quality assurance.

Your training in the metalworking area, ideally with further training as a master or technician, makes you the driving force in your working environment. You bring deep expertise in metal processing, master MAG and WIG welding processes and have experience with small series, trump machines and technical drawings. If necessary, pack yourself, actively promote your team and introduce your hands-on mentality. As an organizational designer, you can optimize production processes as well as the management, motivation and further development of your team. Shopfloor management and 5S-methodic make sure you use and live the principles in everyday work. As a team player with readiness, flexibility and strong communication skills, you are responsible for your department.
