Project Specialist SAP Implementation - Contract Logistics (m/f/d)

For our location in Hamburg we are looking for you as: Project Manager Contract Logistics (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

IT Transformation & SAP Rollout: You are the driving force in implementing SAP in contract logistics. These include process optimization and active change management. Project and team coordination: You coordinate the project team independently, ensure the smooth running and ensure maximum efficiency and cooperation of all stakeholders. Communication & Stakeholder Management: You report on progress and results to the team and key stakeholders (internal/external). Risk management & stability: You carry out proactive risk analysis, identify challenges at an early stage and develop effective risk mitigation measures. Budget responsibility: You monitor the project budget acribically and make sure that all milestones are reached within the financial framework.

Qualification: completed studies (economic, technology / IT or comparable) or appropriate training. Experience: Multiannual professional experience in operations and/or project management, ideally focusing on contract logistics. IT competence: Experience gained in IT transformation processes, especially with SAP. Methods Knowledge: Knowledge of common process and project management tools (e.g. WMS, TMS, LEAN, PRINCE2, PMI) are a big plus. Languages & Tools: German and English skills. Routinized handling of MS Office (in particular Excel, PowerPoint). Personal skills: Sovereign appearance, clear communication, pragmatic solution finding and an independent, structured way of working.
