Takeover of the management of the facility Overall responsibility for quality management and the economic success of the institution Head of team meetings as well as participation and (co-)design of parent evenings Developing concepts together with your team Further development of the facility as part of our educational focus Orientation on the mission and principles of AWO

(m/w/d) or completed studies as a social pedagogue (m/w/d) Professional experience in a management function desirable Knowledge of pedagogy, BEP and BayKiBiG Management competency, communication strength and social competence in dealing with your team (m/w/d), parents and children Responsibility, resilience and organisational skills
