As a regional data protection officer for Germany, the Corporate Data Protection Officer (w/m/d) acts as a 'extended arm' and performs data protection tasks on site. You implement and monitor global data protection standards, processes and strategies in your assigned region. They ensure the management of data protection incidents and conduct both internal and external audits. In this role, you work closely with other data protection officers and inform the Group Data Protection Officer. You develop regional data protection e-learnings and act as a contact person for supervisory authorities in your region if necessary.

Higher education in data protection, information security or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in a similar position, ideally in an international environment Extensive knowledge of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant data protection regulations Strong analytical skills and a high degree of responsibility Excellent communication skills and the ability to report clearly and accurately fluent language skills in German and English are expected Willingness to occasionally travel within the allocated region
