♪ Your tasks:

• Ensuring a neat and well maintained appearance of buildings and land
• Implementation of maintenance work on buildings, gardens and outdoor facilities and winter service support
• Maintenance and repair services by external service providers
• Service and service
• Support for car pool vehicles
• Careful and economical handling of equipment, machines, tools and equipment
• Regular feedback to the supervisors at appointments, duration and delays

♪ Your profile:

• A completed manual or technical training, e.g. in the field of plant mechanics, electrical engineering, sanitary/heating, metal construction, building technology or a comparable qualification
• Ideally experience in building and plant maintenance, in a commercial or industrial environment
• Basic knowledge of domestic engineering (heating, sanitary, electrical) and craftsmanship
• Class B licence
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• A reliable and independent operation
