About us

In 2005, the history of the Goldhelm Chocolates Manufacture began at the Erfurter Krämerbrücke, in the “Haus zum gülden Helm”. With a lot of passion, traditional craftsmanship and own recipes, chocolatier Alex Kühn made the first handmade chocolates there. To date, we stand for fair traded precious cocoa directly from the farmer, fresh seasonal ingredients, careful handicraft and highest quality – from production to loving packaging, all by our own. Our range includes canache and table chocolates, fresh chocolates and truffles, spreads, natural ice cream, cakes, beer and many other products. A medium-sized company has grown from the factory of the time: with a large chocolate farm including factory sales in Wülfershausen, its own shops in Erfurt, Leipzig and Berlin, an online shop and over 200 trading partners in Germany and beyond. Goldhelm is one of Germany's largest chocolate factories.

Your tasks

• sale of ice cream, drinks and our high quality chocolate products
• Customer contact with consulting and sales processing
• Preparation of drinks and small dishes
• Presentation and decoration of our high quality goods
• carry out sales promotion measures
• Fill up, control and reorder goods

Profile

• completed commercial vocational training or comparable training
• Safe handling of the current MS Office applications, at best experience with the LaCash cash register system
• Very good German and good English skills

• Quick decision making for customer-related requests
• Effective communication, especially in the case of special requests from customers
