Welcome to the NEPOS team at the Human Relations of Mercedes-Benz AG! NEPOS stands for “Next End-to-End Process Operating System” and is one of our central transformation projects. With a sequence-oriented end-to-end logic, we align the new process world across all board areas. Our goals: More efficiency, safe and stable processes, unified structures and forward-looking data management as the basis for the digitization of our company. These challenges include: Harmonisation of management processes: integrate strategic and operational processes at different levels

Further development and quality control: secure and further develop E2E processes in SAP Signavio

Analysis of Modeled Processes: Verification of Compliance with E2E Conventions

Voting dates with disciplines: Ensuring the quality and topicality of the data

Pre- and post-processing of NEPOS-Gremien: Structured preparation and follow-up of relevant meetings

Design of Management Board Documents: Creation of Clear and Pregnant Updates

Maintenance of a milestone plan: Efficient project management through a well maintained milestone plan

Course in Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, Process Management, HR or Similar Degrees

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office

Knowledge of SAP Signavio beneficial

Commitment and team skills

Analytical thinking and strategic working
