The SOS-Kinderdorf e.V. The SOS-Kinderdorf e.V. is a renowned aid organisation and a free, non-profit institution of child and youth assistance with 38 facilities throughout the federal territory and around 5,200 employees.

The real estate management department is responsible for the supervision of the new buildings, the maintenance of the facilities and the office in Munich of the SOS-Kinderdorf e.V. We are looking for a strengthening of our secretariat in the real estate management department in Munich at the next possible time

in permanent employment, full-time (38,5 hours/Where.)

Your task: Your area of responsibility in support of the real estate management department includes the processing of property and the payment of constructional orders and orders Handling of correspondence in the construction environment Auditing including data management in various systems and lists Office management for the department including appointment coordination, travel planning, post processing, deposit etc.

Your qualifications and skills: completed commercial training multiannual professional experience acquired in the architectural environment (architecture/engineering office) very good computer skills (MS-Office) SAP-Fl/Co basic knowledge structured independent working, organizational talent, flexibility and team skills Service and communication strength
