Regional Manager Service - Region South (m/f/d)

Your responsibility You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of your service technicians and accompany their development. In addition, you are responsible for the needs-based personnel and resource planning as well as the cost and productivity management in your region. Your goal: a permanently high service quality and customer satisfaction as well as an economically successful service area. To do this, you control the performance transparently based on relevant key figures and are in regular exchange with your colleagues in the other regions and the head of the technical service. Your tasks You control the operating service business and optimize the deployment planning taking into account capacities, qualifications, driving times and customer requirements. In doing so, you develop service processes, ensure efficient task sharing and ensure reliable service tasks together with your team. About 50 percent of your working hours are productive, especially for repair jobs. You analyze key figures, take measures and implement them. In addition, you promote continuous improvement methods, actively engage our customers and process escalations based on solutions. You work closely with the Head of Technical Service and adjacent departments.

Your professional profile You have completed a technical vocational training, ideally supplemented by a further education as a master or technician. Electrotechnical knowledge, for example as EFKffT, automotive mechatronics, mechatronics, electricians or electronics, are advantageous. In addition, you will bring at least five years of experience in technical field service and at least two years of leadership experience. You are familiar with Lean, Kaizen or KVP methods as well as with deployment, personnel and resource planning. A strong technical understanding, a safe handling of key figures and a good understanding of cost and productivity relationships complete your profile. You have a license for service vehicles up to 3.5 tons and are ready to travel regularly within your region. Your personal skills You are customer-oriented, perform professionally and communicate clearly, bindingly and value-estimating. Your experience in leadership, coaching and team development helps you to promote people and achieve goals together. Conflicts you are confident, you are going to change openly and constructively. Analytical thinking, affinity for numbers, self-initiative, sense of responsibility and decision-making are the key. With your good self-management you work structured and reliable. At the same time, you are willing to participate in the service as a manager and to take responsibility for repairs.
