You co-ordinate the work on pricing models and complex academic solutions for products in the private and corporate customer sector and actively support the implementation of modelling. Due to the effective integration of product development into the pricing process, you are looking for a high process efficiency. You actively represent the Pricing results you have worked out. You also continuously develop and implement measures to improve risk modelling and pricing approaches. In addition, you coordinate and support work in cross-functional teams from actuariat, departments and IT to identify and implement comprehensive data-driven optimization potentials. Last but not least, you support and advise the Executive Board, departments and the actuariate function in all questions of an actuariate and take over communication with the stakeholders.

You think analytically, solve complex problems structured and work independently, but always team-oriented. You can also look at the edge of the plate and are open to new approaches and solutions or different perspectives in interdisciplinary teams. You can convey complex content in a targeted and convincing manner – from specialist to management. You are right here with a master or comparable in mathematics, statistics or data science as well as an education as an actuarin DAV or the Certified Actuarial Data Scientist (CADS). In addition, you will bring relevant professional experience (at best multi-year) as Pricing Aktuarin. Very good knowledge of data analysis, modelling, machine learning, multivariate methods as well as relevant software (e.g. SAS, R, Python or Databricks) complete your profile as well as excellent German knowledge.
