Financial management & management support Acting as a central financial representative for the associated Group and global functions Support managers in planning, forecasting and financial decisions critically question budget assumptions and identify risks and opportunities early Increase transparency on cost drivers, expenditure patterns and investment decisions Controlling functional costs & governance: Ensure high-quality control structures for reporting, planning and forecasting Monitor and improve data quality along the controlling processes contribute to the development of standards and control concepts for functional costs Reporting & Analyses: Develop meaningful management reports and KPI-based insights Work as a specialist in the further development of S/4HANA reporting solutions Translate business requirements in reporting concepts and analytical solutions Projects & continuous improvement: Promoting the harmonisation and standardization of processes across functions Guide improvement initiatives to simplify planning and reporting processes Working closely with the departments and other Expert Hubs

Complete Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a comparable degree course Multiannual professional experience in controlling, financial planning, corporate management or financial management Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills Good understanding of SAP/S/4HANA controller environments Ability to understand financial circumstances also for stakeholders outside the financial sector Impressed competence in stakeholder management and advice-oriented thinking Structured, proactive and solution-oriented operation Very good knowledge of German and English
