As a machine operator production (m/w/d) in production, you take a central task in the ongoing production process. Here, the focus is on equipping, monitoring, controlling, setting up and quickly lifting disturbances.

• You supply production machines with the required materials and ensure trouble-free operation in the ongoing process.
• The monitoring of the equipment belongs to your working day so that quality and production flow are permanently guaranteed.
• When you set up machines, you set the appropriate parameters and pay attention to careful workflows.
• Errors, deviations or minor disturbances you recognize early and eliminate them quickly within the scope of your possibilities.
• Checks on finished parts or ongoing processes to ensure consistent quality.
• You keep work steps and vulnerabilities comprehensible and work closely with the adjacent production areas.
• A clean, safe and structured work on the machines is of course for you.

We are looking for

You are particularly suitable for this position if you have already gained experience in production and can not only operate machines, but also keep in mind reliably. A practical working style, a sense of responsibility and a willingness to work in shiftwork are important.

• Ideally you bring 3 to 5 years of experience in production, machine operation or in a comparable environment.
• Experience in equipping, monitoring and controlling machines is advantageous.
• The installation and detection of small disturbances are part of tasks that you can take over safely.
• Layer readiness is obvious to you, and you also work concentrated when it has to go fast in everyday production.
• A careful handling of material, machine and quality characterizes your operation.
• You like to work in a structured manner, take a hand in hand and keep an overview even with recurring processes.
• Working hours and shift models should fit your personal situation and are clearly adjusted within the scope of the application.
• Your German is fluent in word and writing.
