At the closest possible time, we occupy the Digital Transformation Division 5 as part-time as Staff*in technical IT and process consulting for digital transformation (m/w/d) In this position you create the foundations for a future process-oriented operation by further expanding the process map. Their use is focused on projects from process orientation and digitization. You support the work in these projects, advise professional project management and process managers on questions of process design and IT-technical implementation, take up business processes and model them, implement them in executable applications, have a great deal in mind and are the link to thematically adjacent projects. We are looking for applicants who address the diverse tasks and extraordinary challenges at a university with a lot of commitment and motivation and keep an overview in stress situations.

You are discernible for the analysis of the actual situation (organisation, processes and systems), the identification of optimization potentials, the design of innovative target processes, the derivation of requirements and the selection of suitable solution providers. You consolidate results in the form of specifications (reduction of requirements). The independent implementation of digitalization projects in the form of no-code/low code applications, e.g. with Javascript, falls into your field of activity. Furthermore, work out and adapt technical interfaces, e.g. SOAP or REST. You take over the project management of multi-disciplinary digitalization projects. This currently concerns the preparation and implementation of digitalization in accordance with the Online Access Act (OZG) and E-Government Act NRW (EGovG) in cooperation with the OZG coordinator*in, the internal central and decentralised areas, external service providers and partners.

As a basis, you have a completed (specialized) university degree (e.g. business informatics, business engineering or computer science) and ideally bring professional experience in the field of advising digital transformation, administrative digitalization and/or project and process management. In addition, you have knowledge of the development and implementation of digitalization strategies as well as process and strategic IT system and IT architecture knowledge in the overall organizational context. Understanding the legal bases and current developments, including in the field of EGovG/OZG, will help you. You convince by a safe and binding occurrence, combined with a pronounced communicative and social competence and act confidently and cooperatively with the different internal and external actors. A result-oriented operation and a high service orientation are of course for you. Your profile completes very good German knowledge in word and writing (C2 level).

The place is Lippstadt. Regulations on home office are available at the university. The temporary part-time job of 62.77 % in the context of a parental leave up to 30.09.2027 shall be occupied at the earliest possible date. The grouping takes place according to the task of transferring and fulfilling the personal conditions up to the group of charges 12 according to the collective agreement for the public service of the countries (TV-L).
