As Senior Caregiver (m/w/d) in the work&travel model, you are in use throughout Germany and gain valuable experience in different nursing facilities. You will get to know new teams, working methods and regions, while we will take care of organisation, accommodation and planning. You focus on care. We'll take care of the rest.

• Implementation of basic and treatment care
• Documentation and Evaluation of Nursing Measures
• Support in implementing individual care concepts
• Contact persons for residents and relatives
• Cooperation with doctors, therapists and the care team
• Observation and assessment of the state of health of residents
• Participation in quality assurance measures
