Team Leader*in Validation (d/w/m)

You guide complex projects on process validation, product validation and cross-system tasks in the regulated environment

You develop existing validation approaches taking into account from customer requirements and normative requirements

You enter external project partners (customers and suppliers) while the entire validation process.

You plan, tax and develop internal resources for parallel projects in close coordination with the Engineering department

You regularly report on resource use and achievement to Engineering

You accompany customer and authorities audits

Studies of engineering (economy engineering, mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering, medical biotechnology, packaging technology) 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the regulated environment (medical technology, automotive engineering, pharmaceutical) Experience in carrying out risk analyses and the planning of risk-based process and product validations Knowledge of the planning and implementation of complex validation projects English in writing and language (Level B2 to C1 desirable) first leadership responsibility desirable, but no need Design will to optimize existing processes
