Conception, implementation and acceptance of IT solutions at Atlassian Jira & Confluence Ensuring the functionality of all tools and systems in the area of responsibility Interface between key users, departments and central IT Demand determination and consulting of the departments incl. Creation of use cases, request surveys and decision templates Development of usage concepts, automations and individual solutions as needed Implementation of market and trend analyses and evaluation of new functions and extensions Advice on features, applications and best practices of Atlassian tools Planning and implementation of training and workshops for users and key users Own processing of support requests and support for projects in Jira & Confluence Close cooperation with specialist departments to develop solutions Working with IT professionals and projects, including system care and operational implementation Creation of process descriptions, documentation, usage concepts and How-to-Guides
