Coordinator Customer Communication District Heating Expansion (m/f/d)

As a customer advisor for district heating (m/w/d), you as an interface between sales and marketing take over the central coordination of all communication measures for specific customer address in district heating areas. In addition, you advise interested parties comprehensively on all questions about our district heating offer and accompany the entire acquisition process from initial contact to order allocation. Your tasks in detail: Coordination of customer approach: You create individual communication plans for targeted acquisition and customer retention in the area of district heating areas. In doing so, you coordinate the temporal and content implementation of the measures in the various phases of the acquisition. As part of the implementation, you take over the coordination with internal stakeholders (acquisites, marketing, technology), create mailings and organize information events together with the marketing. You always keep an eye on the success of the customer response based on defined KPIs in order to continuously improve the process. Customer advice: You are the first respondent for customer requests in the area of district heating house connection with advice and action. With our standard home connection customers, you take over the complete acquisition process from the initial request to commissioning, including offering. In special cases, you take over pre-qualification and create basis for decision-making for further processing by our district heating aquisites.

You are trained industrial businesswoman/industrial businessman with at least 3 years of professional experience and/or can demonstrate an advancement to the industrial specialist or a comparable qualification. Your communication strength as well as your service orientation towards customers are characterized. You are a targeted organizational institution with methodological project management skills and enjoy interface work with various stakeholders. First experiences with CRM systems and SAP as well as your safe handling of MS Office programs complete your profile.
