Then you will be part of our team at a Drees & Sommer location of your choice, for example in Stuttgart, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Berlin, Cologne, Leipzig or Munich. Creating and Calculating Offer, including Performance Definition and Price Structure Responsibility for compiling tender packages in the acquisition phase of global EPCM projects, always in close coordination with the Sales Team Developing and controlling supply and procurement strategies, aimed at individual customer and project needs Ensuring internal communication and networking, developing project setups and settlement strategies Maintenance of a subcontractor and partner network with a need-oriented integration into the supply processes Lessons Learned after rejected projects to optimise future offers

Complete study of architecture, supply engineering, civil engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in Bid Management and project or offer management in the construction industry, experience in the EPC(M) environment and in industrial projects is advantageous Experience in creating offers, pricing and calculations as well as enjoying the development of acquisition strategies for general planning projects Embossed technical understanding and the ability to structure and calculate complex projects At least good German, and very good English knowledge in word and writing Self-employed working, a high degree of self-initiative and persuasiveness in interaction with different project participants Intercultural competence and interest in cooperation with international projects
