Application Manager (m/w/d) for our IT department

in Full or part-time.

The Crailsheim Clinic is a growing hospital for basic and regular care with over 700 employees. We focus on competent medical treatment and patient-oriented and professional care.

We also have an MVZ in which nine specialist practices are currently integrated. Another expansion is planned.

Your tasks

• Care, customizing, support and ensuring a smooth operation of the hospital information system (KIS) as well as clinical and administrative subsystems and the practical software MVZ
• Project management, planning, introduction and documentation of new software solutions
• Project management, escalation management
• Analysis of application problems and showing solutions
• independent processing of error messages and customer requirements
• by coordination with users, consultants and manufacturers
• Workflow support through analysis and process optimization, technical and
• organisational advice and training of users

Your profile

• Successfully completed training as a specialist informatics (m/w/d), completed studies in (medical) informatics, comparable studies / comparable training or cross-learning (m/w/d) with professional experience in the hospital
• Experience with KIS and practical software (e.g. CGM, Q-MED)
• Embossed service and customer-oriented behavior, very good and safe communication and analytical thinking
• Ability to co-ordinatively handle external service providers, manufacturers and users
• Teamability, flexibility, ready-to-use and structured working processes complete your profile
• Willingness to cooperate in IT readiness service
