Working Student Support in AI Project Management and Organizational Development (m/f/d)

In the Team Data, Analytics & AI, the project manager for Artificial Intelligence supports you in implementing strategic and operational initiatives. Organization & Coordination: You help to build and control our AI lab – the central hub for generative AI in the organization. Communication & Presentation: You create targeted presentations, reports and information materials on AI topics – understandable, visually appealing and on the point. Governance & Structure: In the AI governance workgroup, you prepare meetings on compliance issues organizationally. Event management: You coordinate workshops and meetings around AI initiatives and ensure a smooth process.

You study in the master and bring first experiences from the office or consulting environment. Project management and structured processes will inspire you – you will also keep an overview of several tasks. You are strong in communication, write and speak excellent German. You work independently, reliably and with their own initiative. You are interested in Artificial Intelligence and have ideally tried out first tools like ChatGPT or Copilot – programming skills are not required. You are fit in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, and know how to visualize content convincingly. You are regularly available on site in Wiesbaden – the activity requires a certain presence, e.g. for workshops, meetings or collaboration in the team.
