You can expect exciting tasks in a growing team! Own creation of supply calculations in raw construction Assessment of tender documents for our construction projects and creation of performance registers with quantity determination, also via 3D model Implementation of price requests for follow-up and supplier:in consultation with your colleagues from the procurement department. Development of variants and special proposals Support for colleagues from the technical departments such as work preparation, BIM, LEAN in procurement negotiations Implementation of quality and sustainability standards in the calculation phase Mentoring and coaching of young employees in the costing and consulting of colleagues from other engineering departments

A successfully completed study in the field of civil engineering, architecture or a comparable technical training, e.g. construction engineering, with experience in offering skalkulation Insufficient professional experience in construction calculation or in construction or project management Good knowledge of how to deal with MS-Office and with a billing and calculation program (ideally RIB iTWO) Good technical understanding and sense of responsibility for economic success Enforcement, team capacity and independent and careful working We are particularly pleased to receive applications from disabled people and persons with equal status.
