Team Leader Locomotive Maintenance (m/f/d)

Team management: Technical management of a small maintenance planning team, consisting of a maintenance planner, an interference disponent and a technician in the field of locomotive maintenance Availability: Ensuring high technical availability of our locomotives in operational operation Maintenance planning: further development and control of maintenance planning incl. Time limits, measures and resources Strategic maintenance: Predictive planning of maintenance measures, economic control of external service providers and ensuring a demand-based spare parts supply to minimize downtime Interface Management: Close cooperation with workshops and internal areas of expertise to optimize processes

Qualification: Complete technical studies, e.g. in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or automotive engineering, or a comparable qualification Experience: Multiannual experience in the maintenance of locomotives or rail vehicles, ideally with leadership experience Expertise: Very good technical understanding of locomotives and rail vehicles as well as their mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems Leadership and operation: First leadership experience or the willingness to take responsibility, as well as a structured and pragmatic approach Mobility: willingness to attend occasional missions
