Shift Supervisor Production (Night Shift) (m/f/d)

In your role you guide a production layer and the cleaning layer of approx. 300 employees in discipline according to the Dr. Oetker leadership principles and develop both the employees and the trainees. You're thinking of a motivating and value-adding working environment. Together with your team, you make sure that our pizzas are produced in the required quality. Keeping and continuously improving hygiene standards in production is one of your core tasks. You are responsible for the planning and control of your shift - from performance to personnel use to material consumption. The optimal use and timely procurement of work and consumables such as cleaning equipment, personal protective equipment and production equipment is also your responsibility. Compliance with statutory and operational safety requirements is obvious to you. In addition, you take responsibility for occupational and health protection in your area. You are responsible for carrying out training in the field of activity to secure knowledge and standards. In addition, you design and optimize the production and cleaning processes so that everything goes smoothly. For projects and improvement, you work closely with other departments. You also support the further development of our management systems and accompany certifications. In close cooperation with the production manager, you contribute to successfully implementing important tasks.

You have a successful degree in food engineering, technical or business engineering or a comparable qualification and have several years of professional experience in the food sector. You have leadership experience and don't be afraid to bear responsibility. With very good organizational skills, a pronounced solution orientation and well-founded expertise, you convince in everyday work. Very good computer skills (SAP, Microsoft Office Package) and good English skills complete your profile. You're ready for a long night shift or Layer to work
