Head of Dementia Center (m/f/d)

Consulting & Support You advise people with dementia and their relatives sensitively and competently You are a contact person* within the framework of the department for outpatient care Recording & coordination You are responsible for receiving new guests You coordinate procedures around the care and keep an overview Accounting & Organization You provide the relevant data for the invoice for day care guests You are in exchange with members on organizational issues Network & Communication You maintain cooperation with regional partners You design external communication (e.g. newsletter, website content) Team & Engagement You coordinate volunteers and interns You provide transparent information flows in the team Events & Knowledge Transfer You design and conduct training and information services through Site organisation You will also keep an eye on organisational topics such as building management Projects & development You work on projects with scientific support (with appropriate funding) You actively contribute to the development of new project ideas You support the acquisition of funding (e.g. public funding)

A completed study (e.g. Social Work, Social Education, Gerontology, etc.) Social or nursing experience – ideally with dementia Organizational strength and joy in taking responsibility Empathy, communication skills and genuine interest in people Team spirit and the ability to develop structures A watchful look for what is needed in everyday life: you go through the dementia center with open eyes, see where something can be improved, and, if necessary, also pack with you
