Legal and timely processing of financial, debitor and creditor accounting, taking into account all tax-relevant requirements Processing, configuration or Accounting of financial accounting transactions Implementation, booking and monitoring of payment transactions and account management for debitors and creditors Correspondence with trading partners, debt collection service providers, tax advisors and internal specialist departments Conting and booking of goods receipts Document archiving USt pre-registration Processing of statistical reports (e.g. INTRASTAT, ZfM, foreign state) Preparatory activities for the preparation of the annual accounts (e.g. compilation of value adjustments, balance checks, annual accounts) Design and digitization of accounting processes Representation: Responsible, secure and legally secure execution of dunning, as well as control and introduction of all appropriate measures to reduce open claims against trading partners

Successfully completed commercial training and further training on the financial account holder (IHK) or comparable conclusion Multiannual professional experience in accounting Funded knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or a comparable ERP system; safe handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) High level of reliability, initiative, efficiency and understanding of figures Team and customer-oriented attitude, communication strength and enforcement capability German language skills (min. C1)
