In the secondary network we are responsible for providing information technology connections for monitoring and controlling the Berlin power distribution network. For this purpose, we operate OT systems (operational technology) and continuously develop them with respect to resilience. Responsibility of the operation and further development of the SIEM infrastructure (Splunk Enterprise) and security tool landscape (including NDR and EDR) for OT systems. System onboarding, categorization and priority classification of messages as well as use case creation. Creating procedures and playbooks. Creation of documentation and guidelines in the field of tasks. Participation in the operational readiness service for e.g. Incident Response. Cooperation with project teams and coordination of external service providers in technical implementations. Active knowledge sharing in the team.

A successfully completed (professional) degree in computer science or a comparable relevant degree programme. Multiannual professional experience in OT/IT-Security, ideally in the KRITIS environment. Experiences with security solutions such as firewalls, IDS / IPS and Endpoint Security. Joy of cooperation also beyond area boundaries. Embossed communication and organization skills. Practical experience in the structured implementation of technical projects and projects.
