You are responsible for the service area in our Center in Leutkirch. You are responsible for both the car and the Nfz service You guide, promote and motivate our employees in your area of competence You develop strategic and operational goals with the management and ensure their implementation You maintain and maintain key customers and manage customer management You design and define processes and quality standards for all service areas and provide resources You bear the overall responsibility for the outer appearance of the center.
