Total Damage Controller (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the operational damage control and analyse the cost of damage as well as the development of personnel and costs. In doing so, perform both deviation and ad hoc analyses. Based on your analyses, you prepare important decisions and create meaningful documents for the Executive Board as well as other relevant stakeholders. As a contact person (m/w/d), you are available for controlling and business issues and conduct action fields as well as measures to increase the success of our company. You play a central role in the further development of our key figures system, reporting structures and data bases. Their analytical skills help us identify predictions and trends in the area of damage and support strategic decisions. You are actively involved in projects and take on exciting special tasks that extend your expertise.

You have a degree in business or a completed vocational training in insurance and finance with a corresponding further education, ideally in controlling. Professional experience and knowledge in the insurance environment are beneficial and make you the ideal person for this position. Do you have experience with data warehouse systems? That would be beneficial! You are able to independently analyze complex relationships, explain them in a comprehensible manner and prepare them for different target groups. Self-employed and targeted work is of course for you. You show their own initiative and are a team-capable person who also keeps the overview in dynamic situations.
