The integrative “Regenbogen” children’s daycare centre accompanies children with and without impairments in an inclusive environment and combines individual support with modern curative concepts. Total responsibility for the pedagogical and organizational operation of the integrative daycare centre Professional and personal leadership and further development of the interdisciplinary team Ensuring and further developing the inclusive pedagogical concept as well as planning and support of inclusive funding opportunities and cooperation with external therapists Designing the new building of the daycare centre including planning and moving Responsibility for personnel, budget and quality development as well as the representation of the institution, care of networks and public relations Confidential cooperation with parents, board, authorities and cost companies Planning and implementation of events as well as support for personnel recovery and integration

completed qualification as an educator, curative teacherin, curative teacherin, or a completed study, e.g. social education, social work, childhood education or social management; further educational qualifications with corresponding professional experience are also welcome. Professional experience in early childhood education and ideally first management experience Knowledge of the legal basis in the field of childcare Representative leadership and organisational competence as well as communication strength, social competence and a binding occurrence Commitment, empathy and joy in developing inclusive pedagogical concepts collaborative capacity in dealing with parents, authorities, cost-beneficiaries and network partners
