Responsible monitoring and coordination of construction sites in the Rhine-Main region with regard to quality, dates and costs – to ensure a timely and high-quality implementation. You are contact persons for customers and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and cooperation during the construction process. You are responsible for carrying out purchases and transfers and ensure successful project completion and high customer satisfaction. You control accounting and follow-up management.

A successfully completed study of civil engineering or comparable – your expertise forms the basis for exciting projects. Multiannual (5+) experience in project housing construction – you know the processes and requirements in this area. Self-employed, structured and systematic work – you organize your tasks efficiently and responsibly. Embossed organizational talent, enforcing and cost-conscious thinking – you advance projects and keep an overview. Experience in customer support – you convince with your communication strength and service orientation. Safe handling of the PC and MS Office products – you work professionally and digitally versed.
