You perform operational tasks in the marketing camp, from picking, packaging, and dispatch of materials and equipment You process goods entry, control deliveries and ensure a structured storage You prepare trade fair stands for shipping, check and clean returners and support smaller maintenance You support the planning and coordination of shipping processes, in particular in the context of conferences and marketing actions You create shipping documents (e.g. labels, content descriptions, tracking information) and accompany the communication around shipping You work in inventory control, inventory and maintenance of stocklists Depending on the utilisation, you will also take on organisational tasks and support the team flexibly in day-to-day business

You have basic knowledge in common Microsoft Office applications You like to pack up and do not shy away from physical work (heaving packages up to about 30 kg) You work carefully, structured and keep an overview even in the case of high work You are reliable, organized and think proactive with You enjoy practical activities, but also interest in organisational tasks. You have good German skills, Polish knowledge is advantageous, but no requirement Ideally, you have first experience in the warehouse, shipping or logistics sector. However, we are also very pleased with applications from cross-comers:inside. A structured incorporation is of course for us. You are a team player and support flexible where help is needed

Solid working days are Tuesday and Thursday, and the remaining hours can be done flexibly by appointment.
