Legal Clerk, Elective Rotation in Labor Law

You deal with labour and social issues and prepare current case law and legislative developments in practice. You accompany work and social court proceedings and prepare scriptures. You shall draw up legal notices and shall contribute to opinions, newsletters and information for our member companies. In addition, you will get insights into other legal areas relevant to the construction industry, in particular procurement, construction, economic and administrative law. You accompany selected committee, specialist and discussion appointments with companies, politics and administration and get to know the work of an employer and business association. Under technical guidance, you will process your own legal priority project and present your results at the end of the station.

Existing First Legal Examination and Current Legal Preparatory Service (Referendariat). Interest in economic and political processes in the construction industry and in individual and collective labour law. Joy of independent, structured and team-oriented work.
