As a Tech Lead | Product Owner (m/w/d) in the field of e-commerce, you jointly shape the future of our digital platforms with our agile e-commerce team. You develop innovative solutions, ensure technological excellence and bring our digital customer experience to the next level.

You are responsible for the technical development of our B2B e-commerce platform – from idea to go-live. You translate technical requirements into technical concepts and align them with the development team and stakeholders. The product backlog is a priority and you make sure that technical requirements (e.g. cutting points, architecture, performance) are taken into account. You take the function as a cutting point between business and IT: you speak the language of the developers and understand the needs of our customers at the same time. You coordinate external service providers and internal teams and ensure the timely implementation of e-commerce projects. You actively support the selection and integration of new technologies and systems. You take communication and coordination with the ERP systems of our subsidiaries (e.g. SAP Business ByDesign, Business Central). You accompany the rollouts of our online shops in various markets. You support the development of international monitoring to monitor the success and develop our digital platforms.

Successfully completed studies in the field of (economic) informatics, e-commerce, engineering skills or a comparable qualification. At least 3 years of professional experience as a (technic) product owner / project manager / business analyst (m/w/d) in the digital environment, ideal in e-commerce. Very good technical understanding in web technologies (e.g. HTML, REST, JSON), APIs, shop systems, CMS and modern cloud infrastructures (e.g. AWS, Azure). Experience in handling ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Business Central) as well as corresponding interface connections. Experience in using agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g. Spryker or SAP) is an advantage. Basic understanding of deployment processes, CI/CD, container technologies (e.g. Docker) and monitoring and tracking systems (e.g. PIWIK, Google Analytics). Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Impressed communication strength, analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
