Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d)

In this role, you take on a central role in the lead-to-order process, support our customers from their first contact and contribute significantly to successfully maximising sales opportunities through structured lead management and precise offering processing. You are the first point of contact for our international customers and provide a professional and positive first impression with your appearance. You accept incoming customer requests (e.g. offers, orders, technical questions or repairs), answer these independently or forward them specifically to the correct specialist areas. You create customised, official offers and accompany customers from request to decision. After order receipt, ensure a smooth transfer to the order processing and keep an overview of the further process. You maintain and manage customer data and projects in our ERP system (Salesforce) and thus ensure transparency and structure. You work closely with the sales service and key account management and actively support our customers. As part of customer management, you organize framework orders, loan equipment and customer portals and thus contribute significantly to long-term customer satisfaction.

Completed commercial training or business studies. First professional experience in the sales service, tele-sales or customer service is desirable. Good user knowledge of Salesforce or a comparable CRM system of advantage. Safe handling of MS Office. Very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as good English knowledge. Pleasure to phone and a safe, friendly appearance to customers. Embossed Sales Mindset' and feel for sales opportunities and customer needs.
